Cancellation Policy

1. Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it meets the eligibility criteria. Follow these steps to cancel your order:
  • Online Cancellation: Go to the My Account section on our website. Locate the Order Details page. Click the CANCEL button next to the relevant order. Provide a reason for cancellation and submit the request.
  • Phone Cancellation: Call us at +91-9211727756 (Mon – Fri, 9 am to 6 pm). Our customer service team will assist you in canceling your order.

Note: Orders can only be canceled if their status is “Ready to Ship.” Once the status changes, the order can no longer be canceled through our system.

 

Cizar Care reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation to the customer. We may also verify any order before shipping, which may include seeking verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

2. How Will I Receive the Refund for My Canceled or Returned Product?

  • Prepaid Orders: For orders paid by bank transfer, credit, or debit card, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank details where the refund can be deposited.

3. How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund for a Canceled Order or Returned Product?

  • Cancellation of Orders: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Returns: Refunds for returned products will be processed after the product has been received by our warehouse and has passed our quality check. This process generally takes up to 2 weeks from the date the return is picked up.
